Be sure to check out the interview at WMagazine.com.

I don't know a lot about this property so we'll have to let the pictures do the talking. This 18th and 19th Century chateau in France's Bordeaux region has close to 7,000 square feet of living space and is on a five acre park. it has more than nine bedrooms and many large rooms including what appears to be a ballroom with a herringbone wood floor. Stone fireplaces, original wood and plaster details add to the charm. The listing suggests it could be converted into a hotel or restaurant. It is listed at €2,422,000 (around $3.43 million).

nokia_logo1 Nokia and Verizone Work Together on 4G Touchscreen

We all know what kind of rivals Nikoa and Verizone are. However, shattered by the success of AT&T and Apple’s collaboration, the two companies have come together to build something. The companies are planning to build a touch screen device for the upcoming 4G LTE network. This is exciting news as the 4G network is far more advanced and when two biggies come together, the results are only going to be awesome.

This partnership however is an interesting one as Verizone and Nokia are not the best pals. I guess in a market where competition can kill friends, enemies see the need to work together in order to survive. Not much is known about the cell phone itself, but I am sure it is going to be a rocking model that would also be priced too high.

Nevertheless, we all must wait and watch to see if the combined effort pays off in the end. I bet it would too, as the technology that these two companies are blessed with would put Aplle to shame.

spidolite2 SpidoLite Is an Ultra Light Luxury watch

SpidoLite is a gift for any horological aficionado as the watch combines technology and excellence with beauty. It is stylish and is made of titanium which makes the watch lose its weight dramatically. The idea was to drill a casing into the watch’s exoskeleton and this makes it look more striking than many watches in the market.

This watch is modeled after the 1970 automatic watches and SpidoLite was personally modified and customized by founding member of the ACHI, Svend Andersen. The watch would only come in a small batch of 44 and because of its limited edition; I would suggest getting it as soon as possible.

It costs about 9000 Euros and make sure you can afford this beauty before you plan to buy it. I would most certainly buy it if I had the money. There is nothing better than a beautiful watch to wear on a beautiful evening especially if you are out at a plush restaurant.

lily allenProvocative British pop star Lily Allen is so flat broke she's had to sell her BMW - and the banks won't lend her any more money. Despite having sold millions of records, the star is in such dire financial straits she decided to get rid of her 3-series convertible. "I've been hit big time by the credit crunch," she tells the London Daily Mirror. "Actually, I just had to sell my car because I'm so broke. I bought the car last year and that was probably my biggest extravagance. Clothes too, I'm always buying clothes."

Chanel and YSL are her favorite labels, and Allen is often spotted in the front row of fashion shows, palling around with the likes of Kate Moss, Kanye West and Karl Lagerfeld. "I'm completely skint," Allen says. "I can't even spend on credit cards. I mean, I won't be, as I'm waiting until I get the royalties from the album and all the radio plays but that takes about a year. The banks will usually front your money in that kind of situation but they are not lending at the moment so it's a tricky time."

With the current recession and the decreasing value of the Pound, the values of various commodities are diminishing by the day. And the latest product to be affected by this devaluation is the upcoming Aston Martin One-77. Yes, the car which was considered to be the world’s most expensive production car will now cede that honor to the Bugatti Veyron Fbg par Hermes. This is probably good news for quite a few buyers who can now afford this beauty....
